Customer Service Representative - CSR

We're Hiring: Customer Support Representative (CSR) for Beauty Pouch PK.

Industry: Beauty & Skincare | Type: Full-Time | Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat) | Location : PECHS Block 2

What You’ll Do:
1)Handle customer queries via email, phone, chat, and social media.
2)Assist with product Inquiries, Order support, and Returns.
3)Ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless post-purchase experience
4)Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with internal teams
5)Focus on service Not sales (No targets, no pressure)

What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in eCommerce (beauty, skincare, fashion, or apparel preferred)

*Strong verbal and written communication skills

*Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented mindset

*Familiarity with CRM or order management tools is a plus

*Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
