Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 70,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Meet performance and quality targets

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous CSR or call center experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
