Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the Opportunity
Our client, Fin Leap, is a growing organization in the financial services sector, focused on delivering efficient, technology-driven solutions and maintaining high standards of customer experience and compliance. We are currently hiring for multiple roles that play a vital part in supporting operations, ensuring service quality, and strengthening risk management processes.

Purpose of the Role

This role is designed to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by effectively managing customer interactions across multiple channels. The position plays a key role in addressing customer concerns, improving satisfaction levels, and acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams to enhance overall service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through the APP, incoming calls, emails, and other channels, and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Regularly communicate with business teams and summarize common customer feedback, forming improvement plans for business optimization.

Job Requirements – Customer Service

  • Age 20–30, junior high school education or above.
  • Good analytical judgment and communication skills; willing to make calls to customers.
  • Familiar with Excel, Word, and other office software.
  • Able to accept shift work schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
