Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist based in Islamabad. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve issues effectively. Additional responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining records. The candidate will play a vital role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
