Job Summary:

As a Telesales Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they call to place their orders. Your role is about much more than simply processing requests – it’s about ensuring every call is handled professionally, every order is taken accurately, and every customer feels valued.

By building trust and understanding customer needs, you will have the opportunity to increase basket size by suggesting relevant products, promotions, or alternatives. Through great service and proactive support, you will directly contribute to the satisfaction and growth of your customers and TPFG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Order Management: Answer incoming calls from customers, process their orders promptly and accurately.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Actively suggest additional products, promotions, and alternatives to help customers get the best value while increasing their basket size.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop strong connections with regular customers, understanding their buying patterns and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, pricing, and promotions so you can guide customers effectively.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer queries or concerns with professionalism, liaising with customer services or logistics if needed.
  • Record Keeping: Update order details and customer information accurately in the system to ensure smooth follow-ups and deliveries.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues in sales, distribution, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

I. Language Proficiency:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.

- Ability to switch seamlessly between languages during conversations.

II. Sales Experience:

- Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

III. Skills and Abilities:

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Comfortable with using telecommunication systems and tools.
