Customer Service Executive

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive for our Islamabad office who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer handling or call center operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain service quality
  • Provide accurate product/service information to customers
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Meet daily performance and customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal departments for quick issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office & CRM systems)
  • Ability to work in shifts (if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
