Branch Manager

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth handling of Hajj and Umrah travel services
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate guidance on packages, visa processes, and travel requirements
  • Supervise and support staff, including sales agents and customer service representatives
  • Achieve branch sales targets and develop strategies to increase bookings
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and partners in Makkah and Madinah
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and travel policies related to Hajj and Umrah
  • Handle documentation processes including visa applications and travel itineraries
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control branch expenses
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle any travel-related issues efficiently
  • Train staff on updated Hajj & Umrah procedures, packages, and customer service standards
  • Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and customer data
  • Promote company services through marketing campaigns and local outreach
