Branch Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant/fast food outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, operational expertise, and the ability to lead a team efficiently while ensuring business targets and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all branch operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

• Identify operational issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve problems effectively

• Ensure all tasks and projects are completed within defined timelines

• Monitor staff performance and maintain team productivity

• Regularly collect updates from team members and report progress to higher management

• Maintain operational standards, quality control, and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow

• Implement company policies and ensure compliance at the branch level

Proven experience in restaurant or fast food industry (mandatory)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs65,000.00 per month
