Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations of camp facilities, ensuring high standards of food service, accommodation, hygiene, and safety. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can efficiently manage staff, resources, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee complete camp operations including accommodation, catering, and housekeeping

* Supervise and coordinate kitchen, service, and support staff

* Ensure quality, hygiene, and timely delivery of food services

* Manage camp occupancy, attendance, and staff allocation

* Monitor inventory, supplies, and control operational costs

* Maintain discipline and ensure smooth daily operations

* Train and guide staff to maintain service excellence

* Act as the main point of contact for clients on-site

* Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards

Requirements:

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in camp management, F&B, or hospitality

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Good communication and problem-solving abilities

* Knowledge of food safety and HSE regulations

* Ability to work in remote or site-based environments
