Medical Superintendent (Retired Army) for breast cancer hospital

Role Overview:
Responsible for overall hospital operations and efficient functioning of Pink Ribbon Trust Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations: Oversee OT, CEMO, Radiology, pharmacies, lab coordination, and daily hospital operations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to PHC standards, MSDS, and manage registrations (UHS, CPSP, PMDC) and licensing.
• Policies: Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and clinical protocols.
• Patient Care: Manage patient flow, ensure quality and safety, oversee billing, revenue, costing, and staffing.
• HR Management: Supervise staff, conduct training, and handle recruitment.
• Procurement: Manage equipment procurement and inventory/medicines.
• Clinical Services: Ensure smooth OPD operations and consultant engagement.
• Meetings: Participate in board, executive, QC, tumor board, and CEO meetings.

Experience:

• Medical Superintendent (MS): 3 years (Required)
