Job Title: CPSP Coordinator
Organization: Kutiyana Memon Hospital
Department: Postgraduate Medical Education
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all CPSP-related postgraduate training activities within the hospital.
- Maintain and update records of trainees, and required CPSP documentation.
- Liaise with the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) regarding trainee registration, renewal, and accreditation matters.
- Ensure compliance with CPSP policies, training standards, and hospital requirements.
- Prepare reports, official correspondence, and documentation related to CPSP training programs.
- Facilitate communication between consultants, supervisors, and postgraduate trainees.
- Support hospital management in matters related to postgraduate medical education.
- Take monthly roster from PG trainees and share them with management
- Follow up RTMC process during induction twice a year.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospital administration or medical education coordination.
- Familiarity with CPSP training programs and policies will be preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
