CPSP Coordinator

Job Title: CPSP Coordinator
Organization: Kutiyana Memon Hospital
Department: Postgraduate Medical Education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all CPSP-related postgraduate training activities within the hospital.
  • Maintain and update records of trainees, and required CPSP documentation.
  • Liaise with the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) regarding trainee registration, renewal, and accreditation matters.
  • Ensure compliance with CPSP policies, training standards, and hospital requirements.
  • Prepare reports, official correspondence, and documentation related to CPSP training programs.
  • Facilitate communication between consultants, supervisors, and postgraduate trainees.
  • Support hospital management in matters related to postgraduate medical education.
  • Take monthly roster from PG trainees and share them with management
  • Follow up RTMC process during induction twice a year.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospital administration or medical education coordination.
  • Familiarity with CPSP training programs and policies will be preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
