Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage and support our sales team operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales staff activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor attendance of all sales personnel through daily check-ins and selfie verification

* Track field staff locations and confirm activities via calls

* Ensure proper usage and performance of secondary sales software

* Resolve issues faced by sales team related to software or field operations

* Recheck and verify monthly salaries of all sales staff

* Prepare and manage reports from both primary and secondary systems

* Provide coordination and administrative support to the sales team

* Assist with ledger-related tasks when required

* Maintain proper documentation and filing of records

* Suggest and implement new ideas for improving sales reporting and team performance

* Conduct physical visits to distributors for verification and monitoring

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field

* Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Familiarity with sales software and reporting tools

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

* Proficient in MS Excel and reporting

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
