Skill Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skills Coordinator to support the development and implementation of skill-building programs for individuals with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Special Education and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve independence and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized skill development programs for students/beneficiaries with special needs.
• Assess participants’ abilities and create customized learning and behavioral plans.
• Coordinate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support and progress tracking.
• Conduct regular evaluations and maintain detailed progress reports.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and activities to enhance life skills, social skills, and vocational abilities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff working with special needs individuals.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Stay updated with best practices and advancements in special education and skill development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Special Education (mandatory).
• Gender: Female (as per organizational requirement).
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in special education or skill development (preferred).
• Strong understanding of different disabilities and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to working with individuals with special need
