Job Location: Hashmanis Hospital, Numaish, Karachi

Job Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements: 3-4 years of core Training & Development experience

• MBA in HR from a reputed organization
• Sound personality with excellent communication skills
• Preferably experienced in hospital or related industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for hospital staff
• Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them
• Collaborate with departments to implement training initiatives
• Maintain training records and track employee development
• Support employee engagement and performance improvement
