Lead Generation Specialist

Techversol is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support outreach and client acquisition for technology based services. The ideal candidate has strong experience in prospecting, data scraping, and building qualified pipelines. Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus. The role requires clear communication, consistent follow up, and the ability to identify high potential leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients using online tools and industry sources
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement
• Use data scraping tools to collect accurate lead information
• Qualify prospects through needs assessment and communication
• Maintain follow ups and hand overqualified leads to the sales team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Six months to one year experience in lead generation or business development in IT Industry
• Knowledge of data scraping tools and lead sourcing methods
• Understanding of tech or software services is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM or sales automation tools

Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
