Lead Generation

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-B, Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays, if required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads through platforms such as Bark, LinkedIn, and other online sources
• Perform data scraping, research, and lead extraction to support the sales pipeline
• Maintain and update accurate lead records in CRM systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Initiate outreach with potential clients and effectively pitch company services
• Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and nurture prospects to conversion
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, data mining, or sales support
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
