Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Organic Sales & Growth Specialist who can generate sales without paid ads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in organic marketing strategies, lead generation, and conversion techniques, specifically targeting the UK audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through organic channels (no paid ads)
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies
- Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Drive traffic through content marketing and outreach
- Identify and target potential UK-based customers (students)
- Source and collect student leads/data from various online platforms and communities
- Manage and convert leads into paying clients
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales funnels and strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in organic sales or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of the UK market
- Skills in content creation and social media marketing
- Experience in lead generation and data sourcing
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with lead generation tools
- Knowledge of funnels and conversion strategies
- Previous experience in service-based businesses
