Lead generation specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can also assist with basic website management tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads while ensuring our website content and performance remain up-to-date and optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and generate new leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, etc.)
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to support sales goals
  • Maintain and update lead databases (CRM tools)
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to improve conversion rates
  • Perform basic website updates (content edits, uploading blogs, landing page tweaks, etc.)
  • Monitor website performance and report issues or improvements
  • Assist in SEO-related tasks (basic keyword updates, meta descriptions, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a similar role
  • Strong research and data collection skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital design marketing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20.00 - Rs30.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
