Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Karachi – Bahadurabad (Onsite)
Experience: 1–2 Years

Industry: Bookkeeping & Accounting Services (US & Canada)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the US & Canadian markets for bookkeeping and accounting services
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior sales or closing teams
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM systems
- Understand client pain points related to bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax support, and financial reporting
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors in the US & Canadian accounting space
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as an SDR / BDR / Sales Executive in bookkeeping or accounting services
- Strong understanding of US & Canadian accounting and bookkeeping services
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience working with US/Canada clients or time zones
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling services such as bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, AR/AP, and financial reporting
- Prior experience in BPO accounting service firms
- Knowledge of lead generation tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
