Outbound Marketing Manager- Remote

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident, results-driven Outbound Marketing Manager to lead and scale our outbound BD team. You will be responsible for managing a team of BD interns who send cold outreach to YouTubers, podcasters, and content creators, with the goal of booking qualified sales calls for our closing team. This is a leadership and accountability role — you will own the numbers, manage the team, and drive results. If the team is booking 1-2 calls a month, that is a failure. We expect 20-30+ qualified calls booked per month under your leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of BD interns sending cold email and DM outreach daily
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and hold them accountable through clear KPIs
  • Review and improve all outreach copy — subject lines, email sequences, DM scripts — to increase reply and booking rates
  • Track all outreach activity, reply rates, and booked calls in a Google Sheet dashboard updated daily
  • Identify and source prospect lists of YouTubers, podcasters, streamers, and content creators for outreach
  • Test new outreach angles, channels, and formats — cold email, Instagram DM, LinkedIn, Twitter DM
  • Manage Gmail accounts and rotate sending infrastructure to maintain inbox deliverability
  • Report weekly to the Founder with full outreach stats, what is working, what is not, and the plan to improve
  • Work with the AI Operations Manager to automate and scale outreach workflows over time
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure booked calls are qualified and showing up

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong leadership and communication skills in English — written and spoken, professional standard
  • Experience managing a team of outreach or BD specialists
  • Understanding of cold email best practices — deliverability, sequences, personalisation, follow-ups
  • Data-driven — tracks everything, reports clearly, makes decisions based on numbers
  • Confident communicator who can hold the team accountable without micromanaging
  • Active AI user — uses Claude or ChatGPT to write copy, improve sequences, and work faster
  • Based in Pakistan or willing to work Pakistan hours — strong preference for candidates who can manage and relate to a Pakistani BD team

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with cold email tools — Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach automation
  • Understanding of the creator economy — YouTubers, podcasters, streamers, personal brands
  • Background in sales, business development, or growth marketing
  • Experience using n8n, Make, or Zapier for outreach automation

KPIs YOU WILL BE HELD TO

  • Minimum 20 qualified sales calls booked per month within 60 days of starting
  • Team sending minimum 100 personalised outreach messages per day
  • Weekly outreach report submitted every Monday without fail
  • Reply rate improvement tracked and reported monthly
