Customer Support Executive (English Proficient)

P&S Logistics is hiring Customer Support Executives for our call center. We are looking for graduates with excellent English communication skills who can professionally handle customer queries and provide high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Assist clients regarding vehicle transport services
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve issues
• Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction

Requirements

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle calls professionally and patiently
• Call center or customer service experience preferred

Salary Package

Up to PKR 100,000 per month (depending on experience)

3:00 AM – 12:00 PM
