Location: E-11 Islamabad, reliable commuting to the office is a must.

Timing: Mon-Sat 9:30AM-6PM
Salary: 40,000-60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with order-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Provide support for order processing and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Female candidates will be preferred.
• Must be located near E-11, Islamabad.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with best organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
