Motifz Textile Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Location: Akhtar Saeed Road, Ferozepur Road, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: PKR 35,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to queries related to orders, deliveries, and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
- Escalate complex issues when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work under pressure
Experience:
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in customer support or call center is a plus
