About Us:

Amex Car Rental is a leading UAE-based car rental company providing reliable and customer-focused mobility solutions across the United Arab Emirates. We are expanding our operations and are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Lahore office.

What You Will Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Manage customer inquiries through chat platforms and messaging channels.
• Assist customers with car rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Provide accurate information regarding vehicles, rental policies, and services.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Follow up with customers regarding bookings, deliveries, and service-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and booking details.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting company standards and KPIs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Customer Support roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, chat platforms, and computer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of inquiries.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
