We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in flight ticket bookings, holiday packages, and hotel reservations. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate professionally in English.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Book and manage flight tickets, holiday packages, and hotel reservations.
- Assist customers with travel-related questions and itinerary changes.
- Provide accurate travel information and booking support.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain booking records and customer information.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in flight ticket booking and travel services.
- Experience with airline reservations, hotel bookings, and holiday packages.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is a plus.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
