Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Type: Full-Time 2:00 PM to 11 PM
Location: Airline Society Lahore

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in flight ticket bookings, holiday packages, and hotel reservations. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate professionally in English.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Book and manage flight tickets, holiday packages, and hotel reservations.
  • Assist customers with travel-related questions and itinerary changes.
  • Provide accurate travel information and booking support.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain booking records and customer information.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in flight ticket booking and travel services.
  • Experience with airline reservations, hotel bookings, and holiday packages.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
