Position Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher who is organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You’ll be the voice of Retro—handling customer communication, scheduling service calls, and coordinating our technicians to ensure every job runs smoothly.

This is a key role in our company and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented and customer-focused.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and installations
  • Build and adjust daily routes for efficiency and urgency
  • Communicate updates clearly with customers and field technicians
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate job records, notes, and documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks and internal coordination
  • Help create a smooth, stress-free experience for every customer

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, dispatching, or scheduling preferred
  • Strong communication skills (friendly, clear, professional)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
  • Comfortable with technology (CRM systems, Google, scheduling software)
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services is a plus (but not required)
