Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem solver, and team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the system.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
- Meet performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and call handling.
- Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a customer service role in CSR .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
