Customer Service Representative (CSR Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem solver, and team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the system.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
  • Meet performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and call handling.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role in CSR .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
