Customer Service Representative (CSR) Female – Travel Agency - Lahore (In Person Role)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic travel agency team. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information about travel products, booking services, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person regarding travel products, packages, bookings, and services.
  • Assist customers in selecting travel destinations, transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
  • Process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds accurately in the system.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel regulations, airline policies, visa requirements, and destination information.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation according to company procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Promote travel packages, upsell additional services, and meet sales targets when applicable.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and ensure all travel documents are provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
