Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Main Road Korangi #02, Karachi

Salary & Benefits:

. PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on experience & skills)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to new and existing leads promptly and professionally through chat and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule new and ongoing classes based on teacher availability.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure smooth academy functions.
  • Handle billing procedures, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date fee records for all students.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Prepare and manage monthly performance and progress reports for students and overall academy operations.
  • Ensure all communications and tasks are completed with professionalism, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills (confident communication is a must).
  • UK accent will be highly preferred
  • Strong soft skills, including empathy, patience, and effective query handling.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to customer support.
  • Fast typing speed for efficient real-time chat communication.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Half Day)
