Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to new and existing leads promptly and professionally through chat and other communication channels.
- Coordinate and schedule new and ongoing classes based on teacher availability.
- Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure smooth academy functions.
- Handle billing procedures, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date fee records for all students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Prepare and manage monthly performance and progress reports for students and overall academy operations.
- Ensure all communications and tasks are completed with professionalism, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills (confident communication is a must).
- UK accent will be highly preferred
- Strong soft skills, including empathy, patience, and effective query handling.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to customer support.
- Fast typing speed for efficient real-time chat communication.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Half Day)
