Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Hospitality | Onsite | Decimal Solution

Decimal Solution is the official staffing partner for a premier and confidential hospitality venue situated in the heart of I-8/4, Islamabad. We are seeking polished and proactive individuals to join our outsourced workforce. This is a full-time, contract-based opportunity where employment and payroll are managed directly by Decimal Solution.

This position is strictly onsite. Both the initial interview process and the daily work location are conveniently situated within the I-8/4, Islamabad sector—a significant advantage for candidates seeking a streamlined commute in one concentrated area near Peshawar Morr Interchange.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations including professional guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle reservation inquiries, confirmations, and accurate billing/payment processing.
  • Maintain a welcoming and composed demeanor while addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in both English and Urdu across all channels.
  • Coordinate swiftly with internal venue departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ year of proven experience in a Customer Service, Hospitality, or Call Center environment (Preferred)
  • Language: Fluency in English & Urdu is mandatory. The ideal candidate must possess strong (English & Urdu) reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Mode: This is an onsite role. The position is based in I-8/4, Islamabad.
  • Location: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to I-8/4, Islamabad for both the interview phase and daily operational shifts.
