Customer Service Representative (CSR) – International Campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Update customer information and interaction details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign goals and performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is MUST
  • Available to work from 1 pm until 10pm
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
