Viper Group is looking for Digital Marketing & Customer Service Interns who will be responsible for coordinating and executing customer's social media marketing strategies, and monitoring the key social media channels. This role provides the intern to maintain the social media presence of the client’s pages as well as the company’s own page.
Duties and responsibilities of Social Media Marketing Interns.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and post content (which include Facebook, insta, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
- Create an engaging idea for social media to grab maximum customers
- Work along with the social media manager to create and implement campaigns.
- Assists in creating performance reports of social media campaign
- Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.
- Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites.
- Assist in Managing the social media calendar.
- Handling Customer Queries and Responding them as per provided feedback
- Outbound and inbound calls handling for customer queries
