Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Male

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. The CSR will handle inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and provide information about the company’s ladies’ handbags and accessories. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and professionalism in dealing with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries via telephone and chat.
- Order Administration:
- Coordinate with customers and the logistics department to ensure timely order delivery.
- Complaint Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer grievances effectively, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback for analysis and quality improvement.
- Efficiently manage records of customers and courier companies using Excel or other relevant software.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum: High School Diploma / Intermediate (12th grade)
- Diploma or certification in Customer Service or Office Management is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is advantageous

Salary Range:
PKR 35,000 – 45,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
