- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
- Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and procedures.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Experience in sales or client services is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems; familiarity with call center operations is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
