Customer Service Representative Dispatch

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with dispatching to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients and Technicians. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, have great oral and written communication skills, be able to multitask, work well under stressful conditions and take initiative with new tasks without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Phones, offer appointment windows and services.
  • Promptly responds to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and service invoicing, and general inquiries.
  • Engages in outbound calling activities.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Schedule service calls
  • Maintains the service technician, schedules and dispatches as service calls are completed.
  • Process invoices, file paperwork, secretary duties as needed.
  • Additional duties per full job discription and managments request.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
