Pay Range: $18.00+ per hour based on your experience and knowledge as a customer service representative & dispatcher.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years administrative experience (HVAC or home services preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Service Titan or other dispatch software experience a must
• Positive attitude and ability to work with different personalities
• Team player who can work independently
• General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
• Typing skills are a plus
• Be a Superstar

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Booking/scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians/installers.
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints.
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, and preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
• Assigning daily work/calls to other team members.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on support calls.
