Retail Customer Service Representative
Location: On Site | 4418 Haines Rd
Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8:30am-5pm | Full-Time
Pay: $18/hr

What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with equipment orders and purchases.
- Guide customers through product options, pricing, and insurance coverage.
- Accurately enter customer and order information into our system.
- Verify all insurance details according to company protocols.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Previous experience in medical billing or terminology is helpful (but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills + polite phone etiquette
- Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks like a pro
- English fluency in speaking, writing, and reading
