Customer Service Representative (Emirati / UAE National)

About the Job:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Emirati (UAE National) to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The main responsibility of this role is to contact customers after they have used our service, gather their feedback, and help us continuously improve our service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct post-service calls to customers to check their satisfaction with our services.
  • Listen carefully to customer feedback, comments, or complaints and record them clearly.
  • Escalate major issues to the relevant department for prompt resolution.
  • Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback to help improve service quality.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly tone in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Must be a UAE National (Emirati)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to document feedback accurately
  • Friendly, patient, and attentive listener
