Customer Service Representative - English Account

  • English Level: Strong communication skills (B2–C1 proficiency).

  • Flexibility: Ability to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding telecom services with professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience in every interaction.
