Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with travel bookings, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits
• Assist customers with airline ticket bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide information on travel packages, hotel bookings, and visa services
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
• Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum education: Intermediate or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Willingness to work flexible hours, if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing role
• Understanding of visa processes and travel documentation
