Customer Service Representative ( Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Sharjah and experienced in handling customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Hindi and English and have strong communication skills suited to serving our Hindi customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain customer records and update internal systems accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to fulfil customer requests.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports related to customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Sharjah, UAE.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi , and English .(Malyalam is an advantage)
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM preferred).
• Female applicants are preferred due to the nature of the role and workplace requirements.
