Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in Urdu or English.
• Meet performance targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication in Urdu or English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Available for full-time or part-time work.
• Flexible for day or night shifts.
