Customer Service Representative
for a
night-shift role
. This is a
client-facing position
responsible for delivering a
premium customer experience
through inbound call management. Shift timings are
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
or
8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
, with
rotational days off.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.

Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, enhancing their confidence and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional English communication skills

in customer support or client service.
