Customer Service Representative - Global Account

Job Summary

ibex, on behalf of its Global client , is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a night-shift role . This is a client-facing position responsible for delivering a premium customer experience through inbound call management. Shift timings are 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM , with rotational days off.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, enhancing their confidence and satisfaction.
  • Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism while handling complex or sensitive customer interactions.
  • Uphold the client’s brand reputation by consistently delivering exceptional service.
  • Adapt smoothly to night-shift schedules and contribute effectively while following scheduled days off .


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional English communication skills , both written and verbal.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or client service.
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to deliver high-touch, professional customer experiences.
  • Comfortable working night shifts ( 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM ) with scheduled days off .
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and capable of handling high-volume or sensitive customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and committed to delivering excellent client satisfaction.
