We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative with proven experience in the fintech/loan industry. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our financial products, and driving conversions while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain business loan products.
- Qualify leads based on eligibility and business requirements.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions confidently.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead closures.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow compliance, company guidelines, and quality standards strictly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead nurturing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in fintech/loans/financial services is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is compulsory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and offer suitable solutions.
- Good listening skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic understanding of loan products, financial terms, and credit assessments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.

- Knowledge of additional languages (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam).
