Customer Service Representative - HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour - Commission opportunities in place

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the voice of Quality. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering questions, scheduling service, educating homeowners, and confidently offering our Signature Club memberships.

No prior trade experience? No problem. We provide paid training, ride-alongs with technicians, and ongoing support so you can learn the systems and services we offer.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service needs
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Educate customers on our Signature Club memberships and confidently present options
• Answer common service-related questions (training provided)
• Enter and manage customer information in our CRM
• Communicate clearly with technicians and internal teams
• Provide a calm, professional, and friendly customer experience—even on stressful days

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Strong comfort with technology and computer systems
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Sales-friendly mindset (you enjoy educating and offering solutions—not pressure selling)

Huge Plus

• Experience using ServiceTitan
• Background in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar)
• Call center, scheduling, or membership-based sales experience

Training & Support

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Ride-alongs with technicians to learn systems firsthand
• Ongoing coaching and process support
• Clear expectations and room to grow
