CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I

PRIMARY DUTIES:

· Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.

· Develop a thorough understanding of AC Infinity’s products (training will be provided).

· Manage and support customer accounts.

· Assist customers via telephone, online chat, and email.

· Address both general and complex questions related to products.

· Guide customers through product setup and usage.

· Troubleshoot technical issues with products.

· Process orders and returns using various software programs.

· Proactively communicate with customers to resolve product or service issues.

· Deliver a friendly, effective, and high-quality customer experience.

· Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

· Perform additional related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

· Strong communication skills.

· High reliability with respect to attendance and punctuality. Consistent tardiness will not be tolerated.

· Exceptional attention to detail and conscientiousness.

· Ability to read, write, and clearly relay written and verbal instructions.

· Regular, punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts is required.

· 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferred).

· E-commerce experience (preferred).

· Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle high volumes of calls, chats, and emails.

· Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

· Technical experience or background with electronics, DIY projects, or HVAC (a plus).

· Experience with a Customer Service Management (CSM) system (a plus).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Associate degree or higher preferred.

· 1–2 years of customer service experience.

· Basic math skills.

PAY TYPE:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour

EXPECTED HOURS:

40 Per Week

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Occasional weekends as needed.
  • Overtime available as needed.

LOCATION:

  • This position will be in the City of Industry, CA 91789.
  • Candidates interested in employment with AC Infinity must relocate before starting work if moving from a different area. This is required.
  • This position is an in-person position. It is not a remote position.
