Customer Service Representative (Inbound Calls) – Night Shift

Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 per month

Live Support is a fast-growing international BPO company providing high-quality customer service solutions to global clients. We are looking for confident, professional, and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our night shift team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
• Maintain proper records in CRM systems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
• 6 months to 2 years of customer support or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Minimum typing speed of 35+ WPM
• Willingness to work night shift (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Must be able to commute to Gulberg, Lahore
