The company is a well-established vintage apparel business based in Karachi, serving retailers and customers across Europe and the UK. With export operations managed internationally, the company is now launching a new Call Center department as part of its growth strategy to enhance customer experience, sales conversions, and operational excellence.

Position: Inbound Customer Service Representative (CSR- International)

Job Description:

• Handle incoming calls from international customers.
• Resolve queries, complaints, and chargebacks.
• Assist with order tracking, refunds, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum A/O Levels or Bachelor’s degree
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
• Confidence in handling international customers
• Ability to work in shifts and meet performance targets
• Prior call center experience (international process preferred but not mandatory)

Location: Bath Island, Clifton, Karachi

Shifts: 9-hour shifts (between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 65,000 Excluding incentives and conveyance allowance

Work days: 5 days

Age Criteria: Max 28
