Customer Service Representative (Inbound & Outbound Calls)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide accurate information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Make outbound calls to customers as required
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Follow company policies and call scripts
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English and/or Urdu)
• Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior call center experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets
