WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle customer queries through calls, live chat, and email
  • Provide professional and solution-focused support
  • Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex cases when required
  • Meet daily quality and performance goals
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings

WHO CAN APPLY?✔ Required Qualifications

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Positive attitude with strong listening skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work full-time on-site

PKR 35,000 – 60,000
